Synthesis
Through the San Fedele Multimedia Prize, with the contribution of the Cariplo Foundation, the Cultural Foundation San Fedele intends to promote an artistic production of new works of quality, in a one-year course, from a topic given by the Prize. And also to enable the young participants to mature a creative experience in elaborating which will lead to the realization of some works in team (composers + video artists).

The aim is to offer young participants' a professional experience to create new multimedia works performed during a "Multimedia Festival" in Milan - Autumn 2014 and the recording on DVD.

The Prize Multimedia has an experimental character: it is the first time that such a project is implemented. In parallel to the "Premio Multimedia" there will be a prize of Visual Arts.

During the four Saturdays in the morning, there will be lectures by philosophers and other academics on the proposed topic. The lectures will be followed by all participants of the Prize Multimedia and the Prize Visual Arts.

For the year 2013-2014 the theme given to young artists will focus on creation.

Then on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, there will be several events for the finalists of the "Premio Multimedia": presentation of their work, defining and development of the projects, meetings and discussion with known composers and video artists, listening and presentation of some important multimedia works, creative workshops.
